We are honored to have Cypris Birkel of Cypris Bodywork and Wellness as part of our practice at Kinetic Roots Wellness. Cypris specializes in craniosacral therapy and lymphatic drainage, two gentle, clothes-on approaches that support the body’s natural healing process. Craniosacral therapy works with the rhythm of the nervous system to release tension and restore balance, while lymphatic drainage encourages healthy circulation and reduces inflammation by assisting the body’s detoxification pathways. These therapies can be deeply supportive for chronic pain, stress, injury recovery, migraines, swelling, post-surgical care, and more. Cypris offers sessions in our High Point office every Friday, bringing compassionate presence and expert care to each client.

Policies and Refunds
At Kinetic Roots, we understand that life can sometimes disrupt your plans. Our goal is to ensure your experience with us is peaceful and happy. Please refer to the following terms when cancelling your participation in a workshop or therapeutic service.
Full Refunds will be provided when:
You cancel a week or more prior to the beginning of the workshop or service.
50% Refunds will be provided when:
You cancel 48 hours before the beginning of the workshop or service.
No Refunds will be provided when:
You cancel after the 24 hour mark or after the beginning of the workshop or service.
Please Note: We recognize that special circumstances may arise, and we are committed to reviewing each cancellation on a case by case basis.
