Himalayan Salt Hot Stone
Our Himalayan Salt Stone Massage combines the therapeutic warmth of heated salt stones with the restorative benefits of professional massage. Using hand-carved Saltability stones, this treatment delivers a deeply grounding experience that soothes muscular tension, encourages healthy circulation, and promotes full-body relaxation. The gentle warmth of the stones allows muscles to soften more quickly, enabling effective yet comfortable bodywork without excessive pressure.
Traditional Hot Stone
Hot stone massage is a soothing treatment that uses heated stones to deeply relax muscles, improve circulation, and alleviate tension. The temperature of the stones enhances the therapeutic benefits of the massage by increasing the flow of blood to the area and aiding in muscle relaxation. This service is perfect for those seeking relief from muscle stiffness, stress, and fatigue.
Therapeutic Cupping
Cupping therapy is a healing practice that uses gentle suction to lift the skin and underlying tissues, helping to release muscle tension, improve circulation, and promote the body’s natural healing processes. Silicone cups are applied to the skin, creating a gentle pull that can help break up areas of stagnation, relieve deep muscle tension, and encourage lymphatic flow. Cupping can be especially beneficial for chronic pain, tight shoulders and back, athletic recovery, and areas that need focused attention.
Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic drainage massage is a gentle technique designed to stimulate the lymphatic system, promoting the removal of toxins and reducing swelling. This specialized massage helps to improve immune function and enhance overall circulation. It is ideal for those seeking detoxification or relief from fluid retention.

Nap Time
Nap Time is just what it sounds like, a little extra time to rest peacefully on the massage table after your massage. This add-on is great for parents, office workers on their lunch break, and anyone who craves a little more time after their massage. Following your session your massage therapist will discretely exit the room and return 30 minutes later to gently wake you from your restful sleep.
Sound Healing
Bring the power and joy of live music into your next 30 or 60 minute massage with this exciting new add-on! In this add-on to your massage service our staff instrumentalist will join your massage therapist in the room for the duration of your service. They will bring the healing power of sound to your relaxing session.

Halo One Salt Therapy
Halo Therapy is a calming, restorative wellness experience designed to support respiratory health, skin balance, and deep relaxation. During this 30-minute session, you will rest in our salt sanctuary massage room, surrounded by the soft glow of Himalayan salt lamps while medical-grade saline is gently dispersed into the air using the Clearlight Halo One generator. The Halo One system micronizes a 3% pharmaceutical-grade saline solution into fine particles (approximately 1–10 microns), allowing the salt aerosol to reach more of the respiratory surface and support clearer, more comfortable breathing.
This experience is enhanced with a warm aromatherapy towel of your choice and the grounding comfort of a Himalayan salt stone foot rest, encouraging relaxation and stress reduction. Halotherapy is commonly used as a complementary wellness approach for sinus congestion, seasonal allergies, asthma, bronchitis, and certain inflammatory skin conditions, while also offering a deeply soothing environment for rest and nervous system regulation. Clients may choose to enjoy this session in quiet solitude or share the space with up to two guests at no additional cost.

At Kinetic Roots, we understand that life can sometimes disrupt your plans. Our goal is to ensure your experience with us is peaceful and happy. Please refer to the following terms when cancelling your participation in a workshop or therapeutic service.
Full Refunds will be provided when:
You cancel a week or more prior to the beginning of the workshop or service.
50% Refunds will be provided when:
You cancel 48 hours before the beginning of the workshop or service.
No Refunds will be provided when:
You cancel after the 24 hour mark or after the beginning of the workshop or service.
Please Note: We recognize that special circumstances may arise, and we are committed to reviewing each cancellation on a case by case basis.
