During this 30-minute session, you will rest in our salt sanctuary massage room, surrounded by the soft glow of Himalayan salt lamps while medical-grade saline is gently dispersed into the air using the Clearlight Halo One generator. The Halo One system micronizes a 3% pharmaceutical-grade saline solution into fine particles (approximately 1–10 microns), allowing the salt aerosol to reach more of the respiratory surface and support clearer, more comfortable breathing.

This experience is enhanced with a warm aromatherapy towel of your choice and the grounding comfort of a Himalayan salt stone foot rest, encouraging relaxation and stress reduction. Halotherapy is commonly used as a complementary wellness approach for sinus congestion, seasonal allergies, asthma, bronchitis, and certain inflammatory skin conditions, while also offering a deeply soothing environment for rest and nervous system regulation.
