Reiki is a gentle, hands-on energy healing practice that supports balance, relaxation, and well-being for body, mind, and spirit. At Kinetic Roots Wellness, our approach to Reiki is heart-centered and grounded — offering you a safe, welcoming space to rest, release, and realign. During your session, you’ll remain fully clothed and comfortably supported on the massage table as healing energy is shared through light touch or hovering hands. Reiki helps clear energetic blockages, ease stress and tension, and invite a deep sense of calm and clarity. Many clients report feeling lighter, more grounded, and more connected after a session. Our practice is rooted in years of study, teaching, and personal experience. We honor Reiki as both a healing practice and a meditative art — one that meets you exactly where you are, whether you are seeking emotional support, energetic renewal, or a moment of peaceful stillness. Every session is guided by intuition, compassion, and presence. You are welcome to arrive as you are, and leave with a greater sense of harmony within. Cancellation Policy
At Kinetic Roots, we understand that life can sometimes disrupt your plans. Our goal is to ensure your experience with us is peaceful and happy. Please refer to the following terms when cancelling your participation in a workshop or therapeutic service. Full Refunds will be provided when: You cancel a week or more prior to the beginning of the workshop or service. 50% Refunds will be provided when: You cancel 48 hours before the beginning of the workshop or service. No Refunds will be provided when: You cancel after the 24 hour mark or after the beginning of the workshop or service Please Note: We recognize that special circumstances may arise, and we are committed to reviewing each cancellation on a case by case basis.
