Enjoy the option of side-by-side treatments in the same room or separate rooms tailored to your preferences. This session will provide you with all the benefits of individualized Therapeutic Massages with out the hassle of long wait times. As a small business with only two skilled providers, please note that couples sessions are available by request, ensuring a personalized and intimate experience. Also, please note that we have one Male and one Female therapist in our company. We cannot accommodate requests for two Female therapists at this time. Our team will do our best to confirm your appointment request within 12 hours of your submission.
Cancellation Policy
At Kinetic Roots, we understand that life can sometimes disrupt your plans. Our goal is to ensure your experience with us is peaceful and happy. Please refer to the following terms when cancelling your participation in a workshop or therapeutic service. ​ Full Refunds will be provided when: You cancel a week or more prior to the beginning of the workshop or service.​​ 50% Refunds will be provided when: You cancel 48 hours before the beginning of the workshop​ or service.
