Join us as a vendor for the Triad Reiki Conference and connect with a dedicated community of energy healers, practitioners, and seekers! We are inviting Reiki teachers, practitioners, and artists who's work is rooted in Reiki to share their offerings. Whether you're a massage therapist who incorporates Reiki, a creator of Reiki-inspired art, or a practitioner providing healing services, we welcome you to contribute to this sacred space. This is a special opportunity to showcase your unique approach to Reiki while connecting with a community that values energy healing and holistic wellness. We are cultivating a warm, inclusive environment where everyone can explore, learn, and grow in their Reiki journey. If your offerings are grounded in the principles of Reiki Healing, we invite you to be a part of this exciting 2nd annual event! Reserve your spot today and help us create a powerful, unified space for our local Reiki community. As we have had to shift our location this year all vendor spaces will be outdoors. In future years we are hoping to shift back to an all indoor or hybrid model. Please be patient with us as we work to navigate these changes with grace and ease. Outdoor Spaces- These spaces are 10x10. Vendors must bring all needed supplies for these spaces. Vendor space includes: -Free Wi-Fi -Convenient load/unload (with help if needed) -Volunteer assisted support throughout the event ***Please Note*** We are looking for Reiki focused vendors. If you are not a Reiki focused vendor, but wish to participate, please email us at kineticrootsmassage@gmail.com to discuss our options.

Cancellation Policy
Community Guidelines At the Triad Reiki Conference, we are committed to fostering a welcoming, inclusive environment where all individuals, regardless of background, identity, or Reiki tradition, feel safe and respected. We honor the diversity of Reiki schools and practices and expect all vendors and participants to uphold these values throughout the event. To ensure a positive experience for everyone: All interactions must be grounded in kindness, respect, and professionalism. Discrimination, harassment, or any behavior that makes others feel unsafe or unwelcome will not be tolerated. We encourage respectful engagement. Open-mindedness and respectful dialogue, especially across different schools of thought, are essential to enriching the collective experience at our conference. Hate speech or harmful rhetoric based on identity or belief will result in immediate action and may lead to removal from the event without a refund. Cancellation Policy At Kinetic Roots, we understand that life can sometimes disrupt your plans. Our goal is to ensure your experience with us is peaceful and happy. Please refer to the following terms when cancelling your participation. Vendors may receive a full refund (minus a $5 processing fee) when cancelling before March 1st. Cancellations after March 1st will be non-refundable. Please Note: We recognize that special circumstances may arise, and we are committed to reviewing each cancellation on a case by case basis.
