At Kinetic Roots Wellness, we integrate cupping as a thoughtful and intentional part of your wellness care. Silicone cups are applied to the skin, creating a gentle pull that can help break up areas of stagnation, relieve deep muscle tension, and encourage lymphatic flow. Cupping can be especially beneficial for chronic pain, tight shoulders and back, athletic recovery, and areas that need focused attention. Sessions are tailored to your comfort level and needs — cups may be placed in stationary positions or gently glided across muscle groups, often combined with massage for a deeply therapeutic experience. You may notice red or purple marks (called cupping marks) after your session; these are harmless and a natural part of the process, often fading within a few days. Whether you're looking to relieve chronic tension, improve mobility, or support recovery, cupping therapy offers a unique way to unwind stuck areas and restore balance in both body and mind. At Kinetic Roots, we understand that life can sometimes disrupt your plans. Our goal is to ensure your experience with us is peaceful and happy. Please refer to the following terms when cancelling your participation in a workshop or therapeutic service. Full Refunds will be provided when: You cancel a week or more prior to the beginning of the workshop or service. 50% Refunds will be provided when: You cancel 48 hours before the beginning of the workshop or service. No Refunds will be provided when: You cancel after the 24 hour mark or after the beginning of the workshop or service Please Note: We recognize that special circumstances may arise, and we are committed to reviewing each cancellation on a case by case basis.
