Step into a space of deep restoration and resonance with The Resonant Hour, a 45-minute journey of sound healing and Reiki energywork. This guided experience invites you to release tension, quiet the mind, and reconnect with your inner balance through a blend of soothing instrumental tones and gentle energy healing. What to Expect: We begin with a brief guided meditation, allowing you to settle into stillness as the first vibrations of the instruments begin to rise. As the meditation fades into silence, the sound bath unfolds, filling the space with the rich tones of singing bowls, chimes, and other resonant instruments that shift from session to session. As you relax into this soundscape, a healer (or a team of healers) will move through the space, offering hands-on or hands-off Reiki to each participant, creating a deeply personalized healing experience. This combination of vibrational sound and Reiki energy fosters deep relaxation, emotional release, and energetic alignment. Each session is unique. Depending on the energy of the day, you may experience additional elements such as breathwork, vocal toning, or soft chanting, all intuitively woven into the experience to enhance the journey. At the close of our session, we will gently guide you back into wakefulness, allowing time to integrate the experience before offering a short space for reflection and optional sharing. The Resonant Hour is open to all. No prior experience with meditation, sound healing, or Reiki is needed—simply bring an open heart and a willingness to receive. Come as you are, rest in the resonance, and allow yourself to be held in sound and healing energy. **Please bring your own yoga mat, pillow, blanket, bolsters, etc. for your comfort laying on the floor. We will have a limited number of items for those that do not have their own to bring.
