Experience the ultimate relaxation with our Resonant Hour service at Kinetic Roots Wellness. Our trained professional Reiki healers will offer hands-on energy work during a 45-minute sound bath infused with Reiki energy. This calming and peaceful experience is available to all and is offered on a donation-based fee scale that can be paid online or in cash. Enjoy a unique and safe space to unwind and let go of stress, while being held in a healing container. Book your appointment now and get ready to feel your best self. Please bring your own yoga mat, pillow, blanket, bolsters, etc. for your comfort laying on the floor. We will have a limited number of items for those that do not have their own to bring.

At Kinetic Roots, we understand that life can sometimes disrupt your plans. Our goal is to ensure your experience with us is peaceful and happy. Please refer to the following terms when cancelling your participation in a workshop or therapeutic service. ​ Full Refunds will be provided when: You cancel a week or more prior to the beginning of the workshop or service.​​ 50% Refunds will be provided when: You cancel 48 hours before the beginning of the workshop​ or service.
