Service Description

Reiki II, known as Okuden or "Inner Teachings," is where your Reiki practice deepens and expands beyond the self. In this workshop, you’ll strengthen your connection to Reiki energy, gain powerful tools for working with others, and learn to navigate the subtle energies of emotion and trauma with skill and care. In Okuden, we honor the sacred responsibility of supporting others, and we provide a trauma-informed framework that helps you do so with integrity, compassion, and confidence. This course is designed not just to teach technique, but to foster self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and mindful presence in your practice. In this workshop, you will: -Receive your Reiki II attunement, further opening your ability to channel Reiki -Learn and practice the sacred Reiki symbols for focus, emotional/mental healing, and distance healing -Explore how these symbols can support clearing, strengthening, and balancing the energetic body -Practice sending Reiki across time and distance, with intention and mindfulness -Develop emotional intelligence tools to recognize and hold space for base emotions (fear, anger, sadness, joy) — in yourself and your clients -Understand how unprocessed emotions and trauma may show up in energywork, and how to work gently and skillfully without overstepping -Explore safe energetic boundaries, space clearing techniques, and grounding practices for practitioners Cultivate deep listening and presence to guide each session with authenticity This training is experiential and heart-centered, blending meditation, discussion, partner practice, and guided reflection. You will leave with tools to confidently offer Reiki to others in-person and at a distance, with awareness of the emotional and energetic layers involved. You’ll also receive a comprehensive printed Okuden manual for continued study and growth. At the end of this workshop, you will: -Be certified in Usui Reiki Level II: Okuden -Have advanced tools for supporting others in a safe, skillful way -Understand how to hold space for strong emotions and trauma-related patterns -Be able to offer Reiki sessions to others (including distance healing) with confidence and care -Carry forward a deepened sense of presence and mindful practice Prerequisite: Usui Reiki Level I certification from any teacher or lineage.
