Service Description
Join us for a day of learning, connection, and self-discovery as you begin your Reiki journey. Our Reiki I Workshop is designed for those who are curious about energy healing or ready to deepen their personal and spiritual wellness practice. Whether you're completely new to Reiki or have received sessions and feel called to learn more, this course offers a welcoming and supportive space to explore. Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a gentle Japanese technique for stress reduction, relaxation, and energetic healing. In this first level of training, you will learn to connect with Reiki energy, begin practicing self-healing, and offer Reiki to others with intention and integrity. In this workshop, you will: -Learn the history and principles of Usui Reiki -Explore energy anatomy, including the chakra system and how energy flows -Receive guided instruction in meditation and grounding practices -Experience your Reiki I attunement — a sacred initiation that opens your ability to channel Reiki energy -Practice hand positions for self-healing and working with others -Develop confidence in sensing energy -Learn how to integrate Reiki into daily life for balance and well-being Our approach is heart-centered, inclusive, and trauma-informed, offering guidance in both technique and personal reflection. You will be invited to connect with your own inner wisdom and leave with tools that support both yourself and those you care for. This workshop includes time for questions, hands-on practice, group discussion, and reflection. You’ll also receive a printed Reiki I manual to support your ongoing learning. At the end of this workshop, you will: -Be certified in Usui Reiki Level I -Be able to practice self-Reiki confidently -Have the skills to share Reiki with family, friends, and even pets -Understand how Reiki can support emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being No previous experience is required — just an open heart and curiosity. Step into this beautiful practice and begin your journey of healing and presence.

Full Refunds will be provided when: You cancel a week or more prior to the beginning of the workshop or service. 50% Refunds will be provided when: You cancel 48 hours before the beginning of the workshop or service. No Refunds will be provided when: You cancel after the 24 hour mark or after the beginning of the workshop or service Please Note: We recognize that special circumstances may arise, and we are committed to reviewing each cancellation on a case by case basis.
