Our therapists are trained to use safe, effective techniques — primarily soothing Swedish and focused deep tissue massage — while carefully adapting positioning and pressure to meet your body’s changing needs. At Kinetic Roots Wellness, we are proud to offer two comfortable options for your session. You may choose traditional side-lying massage, supported with soft pillows and bolsters, or experience our special prenatal bolster system. This innovative cushion setup allows you to safely and comfortably lie face-down, with space for your growing belly — something most expecting mothers miss after the first trimester! Whichever option you choose, your comfort, safety, and relaxation are always our top priority.
