Our Halo Therapy service invites you into a calm, mineral-rich environment designed to support respiratory health, skin wellness, and deep relaxation. During this 30-minute session, you will rest comfortably in our salt sanctuary massage room, surrounded by the warm glow of Himalayan salt lamps while medical-grade saline is gently dispersed into the air using the Clearlight Halo One generator. The Halo One system utilizes a 3% pharmaceutical-grade saline solution, micronized into fine dry salt particles measuring approximately 1–10 microns in size. This particle range allows the salt aerosol to travel more deeply into the respiratory system, reaching a greater surface area of the lungs than larger particles. Halotherapy is commonly used as a complementary wellness approach to help loosen mucus, support clearer breathing, and reduce irritation associated with respiratory and skin conditions. Your experience is enhanced with a warm aromatherapy towel, customized to your preference, with essential oil options including peppermint, orange, lavender, lemongrass, pine needle, rosemary, or eucalyptus. You will also enjoy the grounding comfort of a Himalayan salt stone foot rest, supporting relaxation while encouraging gentle detoxification through the feet. Halo Therapy may be beneficial as a complementary approach for individuals managing sinus congestion, seasonal allergies, bronchitis, asthma, and chronic respiratory irritation, as well as certain inflammatory skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, and acne. You may choose to experience this session alone for uninterrupted quiet and rest, or share the space with up to two friends at no additional cost—making it ideal for solo restoration or shared wellness.
