Our Bowen Therapy sessions offer a gentle, restorative approach to supporting your body’s natural healing process. Using light, precise movements over muscles, tendons, and fascia, Bowen helps regulate the nervous system and encourage deep balance from within. Unlike traditional massage, Bowen Therapy includes intentional pauses between sequences of moves. These pauses give your body space to respond—allowing tension to ease, circulation to improve, and your whole system to reset. Sessions are always gentle, can be done through light clothing, and are suitable for people of all ages. Each session is tailored to meet your needs. Whether you’re seeking relief from chronic pain, support for an injury, greater mobility, or simply a deep sense of relaxation, Bowen Therapy offers a subtle yet powerful way to restore comfort and vitality. Cancellation Policy
At Kinetic Roots, we understand that life can sometimes disrupt your plans. Our goal is to ensure your experience with us is peaceful and happy. Please refer to the following terms when cancelling your participation in a workshop or therapeutic service. Full Refunds will be provided when: You cancel a week or more prior to the beginning of the workshop or service. 50% Refunds will be provided when: You cancel 48 hours before the beginning of the workshop or service. No Refunds will be provided when: You cancel after the 24 hour mark or after the beginning of the workshop or service Please Note: We recognize that special circumstances may arise, and we are committed to reviewing each cancellation on a case by case basis.
