At Kinetic Roots, we understand that life can sometimes disrupt your plans. Our goal is to ensure your experience with us is peaceful and happy. Please refer to the following terms when cancelling your participation in a workshop or therapeutic service.

Full Refunds will be provided when:

You cancel a week or more prior to the beginning of the workshop or service.​​

50% Refunds will be provided when:

You cancel 48 hours before the beginning of the workshop​ or service.

No Refunds will be provided when:

You cancel after the 24 hour mark or after the beginning of the workshop​.

Please Note: We recognize that special circumstances may arise, and we are committed to reviewing each cancellation on a case by case basis.
